Why Do You Need a Cell Phone Number For My Reservation?

We need a way to contact you when you land at DIA. As you know, travel can be unpredictable. Weather in winter and summer in Colorado can change quickly. Flights often run early or late. Our online reservation system tracks all flights and your driver receives these real time updates. However we need to be able to talk with you after you land at DIA so we can let you know what shuttle service you will be on – as we don’t want you to have to wait any longer than necessary. (Please note, due to security regulations set down by the Airport, our drivers are not permitted to leave their vehicles and meet customers inside the terminal) Our system also sends text alerts when the shuttle is on its way to pick you up. These alerts are particularly important in the mornings as they give you peace of mind and reassurance that the shuttle is en route.

How Often Does the Shuttle Run From DIA?

The first shuttle departs DIA at 5:00 AM and runs from DIA every hour. The last shuttle leaves DIA at 9:30 PM and this will wait for any customer with a confirmed reservation (e.g. if your flight lands past 9:30 PM)

How Often Does the Shuttle Run From Longmont?

The first shuttle service departs Longmont at 4:00 AM and runs from Longmont every 90-minutes. The last shuttle to DIA leaves Longmont at 8:30 PM.  The online reservation system won’t accept any booking for same day. You must call our reservations number for same day bookings – 720-223-5474

Do I Need to Make a Reservation?

Yes, you must make a reservation to ride on the shuttle (for either direction). You can do this online or by calling our reservations number.

Will My Credit Card be Charged When I Make a Booking?

We operate just like an airline. When you make a booking online or over the phone – you will receive an email confirmation. Your credit card will be charged at the time you make the booking (not on the day of travel). Should you wish to pay cash on the day, we will still need a valid credit card to secure the reservation.

Do You Offer Senior Discounts?

Yes, the discount for Seniors is 20%. Use the word “senior” on the booking page at the Promo Box area.

Do You Offer Military Discounts?

Yes, the discount for active/retired or family members of military personnel is 20%. Use the promo code “military” when prompted on the booking page.

Where Do We Meet the Shuttle At The Airport?

We track all flights. Your driver will text you when you land and advise pick up point. Our only pick up point is on the WEST side of the terminal, across from DOOR 510, Island 5. The Shuttle will meet you at the section (marked “Shuttles”). This is the same level as baggage claim. This is also the United/American side.

How Many Stops Do You Make On The Way (From Longmont)?

Depending on how many are on your scheduled service, we will begin pick-ups at approx 10 mins prior to the hour and the last pick up will be 10 mins past the hour. We always aim to be at DIA by the top of the hour (so if you are on the 6am service to DIA, we aim to be at the airport no later than 650am).

Do We Have to Transfer to a Bigger Shuttle?

No, once everyone is onboard we head straight to the airport. We dont believe in a “HUB” system. Client feedback has been overwhelmingly supportive of a direct, door to door service.

How Long Have You Been in Business?

We commenced operations in January 2017. We are a local company who is committed to servicing the Longmont community. We are owned by a well established local transport business and unlike the previous shuttle company who serviced the northern front range, we wont abandon the market.

Do You Have WiFi Onboard?

Yes, we have a dual network system which can handle 25 concurrent users. Your driver will let you know the password.

Do You Have Power For Laptops and Phones?

Yes, we have 110v power outlets throughout the shuttle and high speed charging cables for most phones (Apple and Android)

Do I Have to Tip the Driver?

No you don’t, although they will always be grateful if you do. Our drivers keep 100% of any gratuity that is offered and you can pay this in cash or have it added to your reservation (if you paid via credit card)

How Many People Does the Shuttle Hold?

Our Mercedes Sprinter is configured to hold 14 passengers, and each seat has its own seat belt

Do You Have Car Seats/Booster Seats?

Yes, we have brand new Graco 3 in 1 seats. Car seat rental is $15 per trip

Can I Charter the Whole Shuttle?

Yes, you can. Please call reservations to arrange.

What Happened to Super Shuttle?

Super Shuttle is a part of larger global transportation business, owned by Transdev (formerly Veolia). They are a French based conglomerate with operations in 19-countries and global revenues in excess of 6.6 billion euros. The US market operates under its own set of governance and rules. Super Shuttle quit the northern front range (exiting Longmont, Greeley, Loveland and Fort Collins) in late January 2017 and gave their Northern Colorado customers just 13 days to find alternative transportation arrangements to and from DIA. Longmont Shuttle was set up in less than a week and is owned and operated by a local Longmont business. The parent company of Longmont Shuttle is Eight Black Transport (Eight Black Partnership LLC). Eight Black Transport recently won “Operator Of The Year” at the 2017 LCT (Limousine Charter and Tour) show in Las Vegas. This is the industry’s highest honor for any ground transportation business.f
