We are pet-friendly for all animals, however you must notify Longmont Shuttle that you will be bringing your pet.

Q: Is Driver Gratuity Included in My Fare?
A: No, driver gratuity is not included in the price.
Q: How Can I Pay for the Shuttle?
A: All credit cards are accepted. You can also pay by cash in the vehicle on the day of travel if you prefer however in order to secure your reservation, we must have a valid credit card. Seats on our Longmont airport shuttle service are not guaranteed until you have an email confirmation from our booking system.
Note: When you make a booking over the phone, we will require a credit card to confirm the reservation. Your card will be charged at that point. Should you wish to pay cash to the driver, your card will be “authorized” for the trip charge but will not settle. You may cancel your reservation at any time and if you do cancel with 24 hrs. or more notice, you will receive a full refund for any monies paid.
Q: Can I Schedule a Shuttle Pick-up Outside of Your Standard Schedule?
A: If you have a very early flight – or late arrival into Denver International Airport, you may request an early or late pick up. The base rate for ANY non-scheduled pick up is $75 per person (Zone 1 price of $45 plus early/late fee of $45). There are NO discounts to non scheduled pick ups. Q: Do You Charge For Excess Bags?
A: No we do not. We have a fair use policy when it comes to baggage. However you must let us know if you have more than 10 bags in one trip. For example, if you are relocating or moving house, we will recommend you book the shuttle privately, so you can accommodate both people and luggage. Please call our office to do this
Q: How Are Refunds Processed?
A: Should you cancel within 24 hrs.; no refund is due but a trip credit will be given for use on another date/time.
